Edom Hotel ★★★

I loved my stay here, from beginning to end it was amazing. Right next to the Petra main entrance, surrounded by restaurants and shops, and the room was super big and felt very fancy, you would never expect this in the middle of Jordan, it was definitely a great experience. The staff was super friendly and helpful, Sofyan the manager was very friendly and gave us all the tips we needed to have a great experience in Petra.

Beautiful hotel, just few steps from the Petra entrance. The staff is lovely, everyone is extremely friendly and doing their best to make you feel welcome. We asked for some tips for the Petra hike and the receptionist was really helpful. Jebreh (not sure I got the name right) at the restaurant was lovely.

This property absolutely exceeded my expectations. I travel often and have never left a review but this one is definitely worth praise! Staff are incredibly friendly, helpful and professional. I arrived early (around 10:30, traveled by JETT bus) and was just going to the hotel in hopes of dropping off my bag since it was very early for check-in. Turns out my room was ready and I could already check in. The hotel has an inviting lobby and a nice atmosphere. The room (double room) was great, as were the amenities (bathrobe, slides, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion, shower cap, toothbrush + toothpaste and a vanity set including cotton tips, cotton pads and a nail file). Absolutely stunned that they offered all this! They also had bottled water, coffee, tea etc. The room was very clean. My stay came with a complementary breakfast too. I only stayed for 1 night but when I checked back out the staff even offered to drive me back to the bus station. Hands down the best hotel experience I have ever had, even after having stayed in 4 and 5 star hotels. I will 100% recommend this property to all my friends and family and if I ever come back to Wadi Musa, I won't hesitate to book this hotel again.

The water pressure of the shower in my room was a bit on the low side so it took a little longer to wash my hair but for my 1 night stay it wasn't really a problem.

The Hotel location is so close to Petra Main Entrance, our room was comfortable and clean, ample parking space was available, and plenty of restaurants and souvenir shops option nearby. We were greeted by Mr. Ayoub at the Reception, and he explained everything to us down to the detail, and gave recommendation on the best place to try masnaf and kunafeh, to make sure our short stay in Petra was amazing. Thank you, Ayoub!

We visited in December where it was cold and we wished to have a sauna after a long day trekking, unfortunately it was only available at some cost. We'd understand if we have to pay for the Sammamish, which requires extra manpower, but the stay would've been perfect if sauna is free.

3 mins walk from Petra visitor centre. The room is very clean. The staff are super friendly and give useful advices.
